What you need to know about stress and what it can do to your body. We have all had episodes of a stressful situation where we may have felt we had no control over a situation. Maybe a change in our daily routine caused some stress or attending a group event that is taking us out of our comfort zone. It is okay and actually normal to feel stressed at times but not to feel overwhelmed continuously for long periods of time. Stress can affect our bodies in negative ways both physically and mentally.
